For this scope of work, we can work out a retainer arrangement and shape the expectations.
But you as an individual we feel you should have a solid 8+ years in people management.

Please note that
– We will need you in our office in Kanjur Marg for 2 days in a week at the least
– Other HR functions like training, induction, appraisal do not necessarily fall upon you
