So, we looked hard within and asked ourselves – what is the key quality we are looking for in our Minister of Human Emotions? or HR Manager. 

And the answer was – We are looking for a persona that is filled with empathy but on the foundation of solid work ethics.

We also feel that this calmness can only come with age and someone with this level of experience is best suited as ‘part time’ – or the modern terminology is ‘Fractional HR’

Because even 2 days in a week is enough to do justice to our needs.

Btw, we are a creative agency who hires a diverse set of people, across age groups, talents and capabilities. 

Our only measurable output is common sense, creativity and intelligence. 

So, yes, coming back to who we are looking for…in our head, we are imagining our school principal or class teacher. 

The right balance of leadership, empathy and a moral distinction of what’s right and wrong, what’s grey, what’s ok and what’s not.

Someone who can bridge GEN Z, Gen X, millennials through understanding and dialogue. 

The main 2 tasks for this individual are

1.Hire new talent

2. Emotions Management

That’s it!

Hear people out, resolve differences, pivot viewpoints. 

For this scope of work, we can work out a retainer arrangement and shape the expectations. 

But you as an individual we feel you should have a solid 8+ years in people management. 

So, if this fits your experience and desire, we want our frequencies to match. 

Please note that

– We will need you in our office in Kanjur Marg for 2 days in a week at the least

– Other HR functions like training, induction, appraisal do not necessarily fall upon you
