Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Telecaller to manage a wide range of school communication operations. The role includes handling admission-related inquiries as well as general school communication such as follow-ups, information dissemination, feedback calls, and coordination with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for admissions and general queries
• Conduct follow-up calls for fee reminders, attendance concerns, and parent communication
• Provide accurate information about school activities, policies, and events
• Maintain and update call records, lead data, and communication logs
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth information flow
• Handle parent queries professionally and resolve concerns efficiently

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling logs, CRM preferred)
• Prior telecalling, customer support, or front office experience preferred

Work Timing: Flexible (School hours preferred)
