The role
The Partner Acquisition Executive sits on the Supply team. You bring new field partners — dog trainers, walkers, groomers, para-vets — into the IncrediPets network. You reach out to candidates, have real conversations, screen for genuine fit, and hand over people who will actually start and stick. AI handles the high-volume first-pass dialing; your job is the judgement — the conversations a machine cannot have.

How we measure success
You are measured on activated partners who are still working after 30 days — not on the number of offers released or candidates sourced. Quality of activation, not volume of yeses.
