We’re Hiring: Partnerships Associate – Merchant Growth | 0-3 Years Experience

We’re looking for a Partnerships Associate to help us identify, evaluate, and onboard merchants and early-stage startups onto our fintech platform.

This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals (0–3 years) — including candidates from unrelated industries — who want to build a strong foundation in fintech and the startup ecosystem.

What You’ll Work On

Startup & Merchant Discovery

• Discover startups, MSMEs, and digital-first businesses through LinkedIn, startup platforms, founder communities, accelerators, and online events.
• Research emerging business models and identify potential partnership opportunities.

First-Level Due Diligence

• Conduct initial screening of merchants and startups:
• Business model and digital presence review
• Founder/background checks using public information
• Basic eligibility and documentation readiness
• Share structured insights with internal teams.

Merchant Onboarding & Activation

• Support end-to-end merchant onboarding including documentation and KYC coordination.
• Work closely with compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth activation.
• Follow up with merchants to drive early adoption and transactions.

Digital Pull Marketing & Community Engagement

• Engage founders and merchants digitally through thoughtful outreach.
• Participate in startup forums, online communities, demo days, and ecosystem events.
• Help position us as a fintech partner of choice for startups and MSMEs.

Market Insights & Reporting

• Track outreach, onboarding progress, and conversions using CRM or internal tools.
• Share insights on startup trends, merchant needs, and competitor offerings.
