This role is for Apollo Digital, the sister company of Little Dentist. Apollo Digital is a performance marketing agency that helps dental clinics grow by generating high-quality patient leads. We don’t just run ads, we deliver real patients walking into our clients’ clinics. The person in this role is the link between a warm lead and a booked, high-value treatment.

About the Role

You’ll be the first human voice a potential patient hears after they’ve shown interest in one of our partner dental clinics. These are warm leads, people who’ve already responded to our marketing, but interest isn’t the same as a booking. Your job is to call them, understand what they need, build trust, and convert that interest into a confirmed appointment and an actual clinic visit.

The focus is on high-ticket treatments like clear aligners, dental implants, and braces, where the patient is making a considered, often expensive decision. That means this is a conversion role first. You’re not reading a script; you’re guiding nervous patients past their hesitation and getting them to commit. The clinics rely on us to fill their chairs, and you’re the person who makes that happen.

What You’ll Do

• Call warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns and turn interest into booked appointments
• Understand the patient’s concern (aligners, implants, braces, pain, consultation) and listen properly before recommending the right next step
• Handle objections around cost, time, and nerves, then move the patient toward committing to a clinic visit
• Share clinic-specific details: timings, location, services, and what to expect
• Book appointments, confirm them with both the patient and the clinic, and drive actual show-ups, not just bookings
• Follow up consistently with leads who didn’t pick up, were busy, or were “thinking about it.” Most high-ticket conversions happen on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th call, not the first
• Dial through your lead list at a steady pace and keep your pipeline moving
• Maintain clean records in the CRM: call status, notes, next follow-up date, and conversion stage
• Coordinate with the clinic team to align on availability and patient details

Who We’re Looking For

• Freshers welcome; this is an entry-level role and we’ll train you from the ground up
• Strong on the phone and naturally persuasive; you can move a hesitant person to a “yes” without being pushy
• Comfortable with high-value conversations where the patient is weighing a big decision
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Polite, patient, and persuasive; warm enough that nervous patients trust you
• Doesn’t get discouraged by rejections or unanswered calls; persistence is the job
• Comfortable picking up a CRM, dialer, Google Sheets, or any lead-tracking tool
• Eager to build a career in sales. Attitude and conversion instinct matter most

Compensation

• ₹2.5 LPA (₹2,50,000 per year)
