We’re looking for someone who enjoys building teams as much as building processes.

This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and People & Culture. In a small, fast-moving team like ours, that means you’ll likely be involved in everything from finding great engineers to organizing team lunches to setting up HR policies that make sense for a growing startup.

If you like variety, ownership, and occasionally wearing multiple hats (sometimes in the same afternoon), you’ll probably enjoy this role.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

Hiring & Talent

• Own end-to-end recruitment across engineering, research, and operations roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, communities, hiring platforms, and referrals
• Work closely with founders to understand hiring needs and define roles
• Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates have a great experience

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

• Manage onboarding and employee documentation
• Help create and maintain HR policies (leave policy, code of conduct, etc.)
• Support employee engagement, feedback loops, and internal processes
• Ensure the people side of the company runs smoothly

Culture & Workplace Experience

• Help shape our internal culture as the team grows
• Organize team events, learning sessions, and occasional offsites
• Keep the workplace collaborative, thoughtful, and human

Community & Talent Outreach

• Support campus hiring from IITs, IISc, IIITs, and similar institutes
• Build relationships with talent communities and academic networks
• Support employer branding and hiring communication on platforms like LinkedIn

What We’re Looking For

• :2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations
• Comfortable managing end-to-end hiring processes
• Organized, proactive, and good at working with different stakeholders
• Strong communication skills
