Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer, based in Aluva. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention. Tasks will include creating and managing social media ads, monitoring PPC campaigns, implementing SEO strategies, and collaborating with the content and product teams to drive brand growth. The role requires a results-oriented individual with a keen analytical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Digital Advertising, including PPC, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads
- Proficiency in SEO strategies, analytics tools, and performance measurement techniques
- Abilities in A/B testing and using data to optimize marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of Content Marketing and collaboration with creative teams
- Experience in e-commerce marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; additional marketing certifications are a plus
- Experience with sustainable or homeware product marketing is advantageous
