Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance/Digital Marketing Executive at STORY DESIGN’s Noida office. The role involves managing digital marketing campaigns to optimize performance and achieve key business objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing data to evaluate campaign performance, overseeing performance testing processes, and managing metrics for improvement. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the creative team to develop effective marketing strategies and ensure clear communication of analytic insights and actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Performance Testing for evaluating campaign effectiveness
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize strategy and results
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience in Performance Management, with an ability to identify trends and actionable insights
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in tools and platforms related to performance marketing and data analysis is an advantage
• Background or experience in digital marketing or a related field is desirable
