Performance Growth Associate – Social Media, Google Ads, SEM & AI Workflows (5+ Years) | India

EmerDepot Medical Supplies is a fast-growing Canadian healthcare, medical supply, retail, and ecommerce company serving clinics, medical offices, home-care providers, healthcare professionals, institutional buyers, and retail customers across Ontario and Canada.
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Performance Growth Associate – Social Media, Google Ads, SEM & AI Workflows with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce growth, paid media, social media, Google Ads, SEM, and AI-assisted marketing workflows.
This is not a basic social media posting role. We need someone who can actively create campaigns, manage ads, analyze performance, improve ecommerce growth, and use AI tools to make marketing execution faster, smarter, and more organized. This role is based on the earlier digital growth position requirements for EmerDepot.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Growth
- Plan and manage social media content across relevant platforms
- Create post ideas, captions, campaign messages, promotional content, and creative briefs
- Support brand visibility, customer trust, and ecommerce sales through social media
- Monitor engagement, comments, trends, and customer response
- Coordinate content calendars for campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand
Google Ads, SEM & Paid Media
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Work on Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing, and product-based campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and search trend analysis
- Improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue performance
- Monitor campaign budgets and recommend optimization actions
- Understand Google Merchant Center, product feeds, shopping ads, and ecommerce campaign behavior
Meta Ads & Performance Marketing
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook and Instagram
- Build campaign structures, audiences, retargeting flows, ad creatives, and copy
- Test different creatives, offers, audiences, hooks, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements
- Support both brand awareness and direct ecommerce conversion campaigns
AI Workflows & Marketing Automation
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Canva AI, Google Ads AI tools, and Meta AI features
- Create AI-assisted ad copy, headlines, product descriptions, captions, landing page copy, and campaign ideas
- Use AI to summarize performance reports and identify growth opportunities
- Build repeatable AI workflows for content planning, keyword research, competitor research, campaign reporting, and ad testing
- Create prompt templates for recurring marketing tasks
- Help build an internal marketing knowledge base with campaign learnings, SOPs, customer segments, product insights, and reporting notes
- Use AI responsibly while protecting company data, customer information, pricing, supplier information, and advertising strategy
Ecommerce Growth & Reporting
- Support ecommerce sales growth through paid media, content, SEO, SEM, and conversion-focused campaigns
- Review product performance, category opportunities, seasonal demand, and customer behavior
- Prepare weekly performance reports for management
- Track key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, engagement, and product-level performance
- Provide clear recommendations to improve sales and marketing efficiency
Required Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in social media, Google Ads, SEM, paid media, ecommerce marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Experience with Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing, keywords, bidding, and campaign optimization
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, creatives, copy, and reporting
- Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing and customer buying behavior
- Experience using AI tools for marketing, content creation, research, reporting, and workflow improvement
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data
- Ability to write clear ad copy, social captions, promotional messages, and campaign briefs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently in a remote role
Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthcare, medical supplies, pharmacy, clinics, ecommerce, or retail business
- Experience with Shopify, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with SEO, product feed optimization, landing page improvement, and email/SMS marketing is an asset
- Experience creating SOPs, campaign reports, marketing templates, or internal knowledge base documents
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Ecommerce, or related field preferred
