Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Performance Marketer / Growth Manager. The professional will manage and execute paid media campaigns, optimize digital advertising efforts, and strategize customer acquisition. The role involves analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive user engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Paid Media Management, including platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC campaigns
• Expertise in Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Budget Management
• Skills in Growth Marketing, A/B Testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Experience in Social Media Marketing strategies and effective customer targeting
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in the education or consultancy sector is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field
