About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Meta Ads Manager to manage and scale digital advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. The candidate should possess strong expertise in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting with a deep understanding of performance marketing and audience strategy. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling large-scale campaigns, ensuring delivery efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
● Perform end-to-end campaign setup including audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding
strategy, ad creation, and tracking implementation.
● Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, spend utilization, and performance metrics on a daily basis.
● Optimize campaigns regularly to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and engagement rates.
● Analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights to improve overall account
efficiency.
● Coordinate with internal teams for creative requirements, tracking implementation, campaign
timelines, and reporting.
● Ensure campaigns are launched with proper QA checks including creatives, tracking URLs,
audience setup, and conversion events.
● Identify scaling opportunities through audience expansion, retargeting, lookalike strategies, and
performance analysis.
● Troubleshoot delivery issues, learning limitations, tracking discrepancies, and underperforming
campaigns proactively.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with optimization recommendations
and business insights.
Required Skills & Experience
● Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta advertising campaigns.
● Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager with proven campaign optimization experience.
● Good understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and conversion
tracking.
● Experience in handling campaigns across lead generation, app installs, website traffic, and
e-commerce objectives.
● Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
effectively.
● Experience in budget management and scaling high-performing campaigns.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
● Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
