Performance Marketing Associate (Meta and Google Ads) Full Time

Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Salary: 3.5 – 4 LPA

Role Description

• Manage client Meta and Google ads accounts
• Create high performing campaigns that deliver results
• Work with graphic designers and video editors to generate highly engaging creatives
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for leads, sales, ROAS, CTR, and CPL.
• Conduct audience research and build targeted audience segments.
• Create ad copies, headlines, and campaign messaging.
• Set up and manage campaign tracking using pixels, conversion APIs, and analytics tools.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and new advertising opportunities.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues, tracking problems, and account-related concerns.
• Tackle problems with solution oriented mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Ad-hoc activities across creative teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Meta & Google Ads experience
• Proven experience of high ROAS ad management
• A degree in engineering or marketing field
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience managing multiple client accounts
• Ability to create ad copy and campaign strategies
• Understanding of tracking, pixels, and conversion measurement
