Core Responsibility 

• Platform Management: Execute and monitor daily operations on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, and PMax). 
• Data Synthesis: Pull daily performance reports to track ROAS, CPA, and CTR. You will translate these numbers into actionable insights. 
• Creative Auditing: Analyze which ad creatives are winning and why. You will collaborate with the design team to “replace the planks” of underperforming assets. 
• A/B Testing: Design and run experiments on landing pages, ad copy, and audience segments to find the most efficient path to conversion. 
• Technical Setup: Assist in the implementation of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and GTM tags to ensure 100% data accuracy. 

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for writing, presenting, and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Market Research and data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights
• Experience in Marketing strategies and tactics, including digital and performance marketing
• Sales acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and contribute to revenue growth
• Project Management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and coordinate resources effectively
• Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and performance optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in performance marketing or related areas is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, ad platforms, and CRM systems is desirable
