Job Description: Performance Marketing Intern (Remote)

We work with a handful of clients at a time and focus on one thing — getting them results through ads and positioning. No bloated team, no unnecessary layers. Just clear work that drives revenue.
You’ll be working directly with the founders and handling real campaigns from day one.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
– Execute SEO — keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic audits
– Fully handle Google My Business — optimization, posting, and local visibility growth
– Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, basic YouTube)
– Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) from setup to scaling
– Track performance, analyze data, and take decisions based on numbers
– Own campaign performance and continuously improve results
What We’re Looking For
– Basic foundation in digital marketing (you’ve explored ads/SEO before)
– Strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility, not instructions
– Comfortable working with data and dashboards
– Clear communicator — can explain decisions and results
– Self-driven and disciplined (remote role = no micromanagement)
