Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Digital Performance Marketing Strategist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms with a strong analytics knowledge. The primary goal is to generate high-quality leads for our online degree and certification programs targeted primarily in the US market along with exposure to Global markets. This role requires expertise in paid media strategy, campaign budgeting, execution, and performance analytics. Explore new developments in the digital landscape and find ways to effectively market degree & certification programs.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant paid marketing channels.
Clear understanding of all paid campaign metrics & terminologies.
Implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize lead quality, quantity and conversion rates.
Identify lead generation and optimization opportunities across digital channels and platforms.
Budget & ROI Optimization
Manage monthly budgets effectively to achieve CPL (Cost per Lead) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition) targets.
Continuously monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and creatives for optimal performance.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and ad platform analytics.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting KPIs such as impressions, CTR, CPL, and conversion/enrolment rates.
Implement feedback on leads received from Sales team & accordingly tweak campaigns to improve performance.
Thorough understanding of digital marketing tags – Google Conversion tracking tags, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insights tag, Google Analytics tag, and remarketing tags.
Creative & Landing Page Coordination
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Assist with brainstorming new and creative campaigns to align with brand goals and expectations.
Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.
Maintain lead quality standards aligned with Sales team requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EdTech or higher education marketing.
Knowledge of US market dynamics and audience behavior.
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
Well versed with CRM modules for monitoring leads and sales funnels.
Someone with experience of having worked in an ed-tech firm a plus.
KPIs For Success
Achieve monthly lead volume and CPL targets with the budgets defined.
Improve conversion rates from lead to enrollment.
Maintain ad spend efficiency and ROI.
