Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for the film industry? Madmidaas Films is seeking a dynamic personal assistant/director’s assistant intern to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our director and gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of film production.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist the director with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage communication with cast, crew, and stakeholders to ensure smooth production processes
- Handle administrative tasks such as drafting emails, taking meeting notes, and organizing documents
- Coordinate and oversee project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide support during filming, including set preparation and on-set assistance
- Use effective communication skills to liaise with various departments and external partners
- Utilize strong time management and interpersonal skills to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
