We are looking for a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to support senior management in handling daily operations, scheduling, communication, and confidential administrative tasks. Candidates with an accounts or finance background will have an added advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s Degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant / Administrative Coordinator
Candidates with Accounts or Finance background are preferred
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong typing and computer proficiency
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and documentation handling
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
