- To ensure smooth & safe operation of Kiln, Raw Mill and Cement mill to achieve production target.
- Minimize power consumption by optimum Kiln and Mils operation with maintaining consistent quality parameters.
- Preparation & updating of day-to-day Production, MIS, SAP & other all department related reports.
- To ensure safe working environment for Mill operation & Raw Material handling operation.
- Co-ordination with other department to improve the plant performance.
- To implement/ follow/ participation in all Safety Standards WCM& IS0 system for the excellence of the organization.
- Look after Plant PM Shutdown, Annual shutdown & Mill Re gradation activities.
