Goodwork is recruiting for a Canadian mobile ad tech company.
What makes this opportunity interesting?

About the Company
We’re a Canadian mobile advertising pioneer founded in 2010, built on first-party mobile data and SDK integrations. Our mission: provide unparalleled consumer insights and end-to-end advertising solutions that drive results for Canada’s leading brands.
We deliver full-service programmatic campaigns across mobile, connected TV, audio, digital out-of-home, desktop, and social platforms like Netflix and Reddit. Using advanced rich media and AI-driven decisioning, we provide brand lift studies, creative engagement metrics, and foot traffic attribution—no hardware required.
Our customers are major media agencies across Canada, representing brand advertisers like Disney, BMW, LG, and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
We’re proudly bootstrapped and debt-free for 13 years with 15% revenue growth (2024-2025). Our data foundation includes 18M+ Mobile Advertising IDs and 9M+ geo-location MAIDs capturing 120+ location points per user daily. We manage 100-300 live campaigns simultaneously, and our award-winning creative team has built 3,000+ custom ad units from concept to delivery. We’re part of a holding company with 6 companies spanning mobile advertising, creative services, publisher monetization, pharma digital out-of-home, healthcare platforms, and podcast monetization.
OUR COMPANY VALUES guide our team and shape our culture:
We’re a fully remote organization with ~70 teammates across Canada, the Philippines, Pakistan and Kenya. Our main hubs are in Toronto and Montreal, with additional team members in Ottawa and Vancouver.
Our approach is distinctly Canadian—lighthearted yet serious about our work, collaborative, and focused on long-term growth over short-term gains. We’re obsessed with efficiency and continuous improvement. Our flat structure encourages open communication across all levels, and we leverage AI tools to streamline our processes and enhance service delivery.
About the Role
We’re looking for a remote Pharma DOOH Campaign & Account Manager to own the day-to-day execution and client management of our Pharmacy Media Network — a national digital out-of-home (DOOH) channel broadcasting across pharmacy waiting lounges.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of everything post-sale: onboarding clients once the insertion order is signed, configuring campaigns on platforms like AdStash and BroadSign, coordinating creative and compliance approvals with pharmacy affiliates, delivering Proof of Performance reports, and supporting renewal conversations with the Sales Team. You’ll manage up to 10 live campaigns at a time, with assets supplied directly by the client and compliance requirements that vary by province.
This network was acquired a little over a year ago and has been in maintenance mode since — managed internally without a dedicated operator. That’s changing. With outbound sales efforts now underway and a $1M revenue target this year (a 50% increase over last year), we’re bringing on someone to own the operational side fully, free up senior leadership, and grow alongside the business.
Our IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 2 to 3 years of experience in client services, account management, media operations, or a related role. You’re a natural relationship owner — responsive, organized, and clear in your communication with clients and internal teams alike. You’re sharp in Excel, comfortable navigating compliance requirements, and able to translate a signed contract into a live, accurate campaign without much hand-holding. You treat a book of business like something worth building, not just maintaining — and you’re excited by the opportunity to grow within a company that’s scaling fast.
Performance Metrics: Your performance will be measured by campaign launch accuracy, compliance escalation rate, revenue reconciliation cleanliness, Proof of Performance quality, and client renewal rates.
Reporting Structure: You’ll collaborate with the Sales team on post-sale handoffs and renewal conversations, and with the Ad Operations Team across the broader holding company. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
You’ll be doing things like:

Level: Upper-Junior (2 years of relevant experience), Lower-Intermediate (3 years)
Compensation: ~CAD $975–$1,275 (INR 65K–85K) per month, based on experience. Structured as a Consultant Agreement (independent contractor), meaning you’ll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and insurance.
