Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Pharmacovigilance Technical Support Lead. The role involves managing pharmacovigilance systems, providing technical support for Clinevo’s safety solutions, such as Clinevo Safety and MICC tools and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, supporting user queries, assisting in software implementation processes, and contributing to the optimization of pharmacovigilance workflows. The candidate will act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance to clients and internal teams while collaborating to enhance and maintain system functionalities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Requirements and Regulatory Affairs, with proficiency in pharmacovigilance compliance and global safety regulations.
• Background in Pharmacy or Medicine, with understanding of medical terminology and drug safety principles.
• Experience in handling Clinical Trials, including knowledge of clinical research frameworks and processes.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, system troubleshooting, and overseeing technical support operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with pharmacovigilance databases, signal detection tools, and safety analytics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline required; advanced degrees or certifications in regulatory or safety domains are advantageous.
