Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Photo Editor role based at Sunrise Group of Hospitals. The Photo Editor will be responsible for editing, retouching, and optimizing images for digital and print channels, ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include selecting and organizing photos from hospital events, clinical services, and campaigns; collaborating with the marketing and communications teams to create compelling visual stories; and preparing images for websites, social media, internal presentations, and patient education materials. The role also involves coordinating photo shoots with in-house and external photographers, performing basic color correction and layout adjustments, and maintaining a well-organized digital asset library. The Photo Editor will work closely with designers, content creators, and clinical teams to ensure accurate, ethical, and respectful representation of patients, staff, and hospital facilities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Photo Retouching and Image Editing skills, with proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Candidates should possess Photo Research and Photography skills to source, capture, and curate high-quality visuals that support brand and campaign objectives.
• Candidates should possess Video Editing skills for basic to intermediate editing of short-form videos for social media, internal communication, and promotional use.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color, and branding for healthcare or service-oriented organizations.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience working in a marketing, media, or healthcare environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating photo editing and visual storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
