Role Description This is a full-time Physiotherapist role based in Jaipur in a hybrid work model, combining on-site clinical work with some flexibility to work from home for designated tasks. The Physiotherapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in clinic and, when required, through home visits. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical records on the PhysioPlus platform, tracking patient progress, and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and safety standards. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on exercise programs, injury prevention, and rehabilitation goals, while collaborating with senior physiotherapists, physicians, and hospital partners as needed. The Physiotherapist will also participate in PhysioPlus learning initiatives, case discussions, and quality-improvement activities to enhance clinical outcomes and patient experience.
Qualifications

• Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT); Master’s degree (MPT) is an advantage.
• Valid registration/license with the appropriate physiotherapy or medical council, as applicable.
• Clinical experience in musculoskeletal, neuro, sports, or rehab physiotherapy; internship experience will be considered for junior roles.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, manual therapy techniques, and therapeutic exercise prescription.
• Comfort using digital clinic management tools for documentation, scheduling, and patient follow-up.
• Strong communication and counseling skills to explain diagnoses, treatments, and home-exercise programs clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and maintain a patient-centric approach.
• High standards of professional ethics, empathy, and respect for patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Jaipur, including clinic-based hours and occasional home visits.
• Openness to ongoing learning, CME participation, and following SOP-based clinical protocols.
