Job Title Principal Database Developer
The Purpose of This Role Principal Database Developer for Workplace Investment team responsible for designing and implementing applications and frameworks using Oracle SQL Server Informatica Control M Responsible for development and maintenance of critical platform applications Work closely with business and technology teams across regions and enable technology adoption Provide development and maintenance support to Workplace Investment organization

The Skills That Are Key to This Role Strong SQL and Oracle PLSQL design and development skills including performance tuning packages stored procedures and troubleshooting Ability to optimize complex queries and design efficient database solutions Strong analytical and problem solving skills for complex data transformation use cases Experience working in enterprise environments with version control and deployment standards Strong communication skills with technical and non technical stakeholders Experience in ETL design and development Experience with Oracle as primary database and SQL Server Experience working in Agile methodology Knowledge of containerization and cloud deployment related to databases Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and adapt in fast paced environments Ability to manage changing priorities effectively

The Expertise We Are Looking For Education and Experience Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field 10 plus years experience in information technology Financial services experience preferred especially retirement domain Certifications preferred
