About the Job

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Planning Manager to join our Chairman’s Office and drive strategic project planning, budgeting, and execution excellence.

• Department: Chairman’s Office
• Reporting To: GM CMO

Key Responsibilities:

1. Track project spends against the allocated budget and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to monitor cost and schedule performance.
2. Provide technical and work-scope inputs to the Contracts and Costing teams for accurate estimation and bid evaluation.
3. Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality or safety.
4. Perform micro-level tracking of project milestones, deliverables, and work packages to ensure timely completion.
5. Identify and resolve project constraints such as resource bottlenecks, procurement delays, and design conflicts while maintaining a comprehensive risk register.
6. Conduct structured weekly review meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders, and circulate minutes with clear action items.
7. Implement lean construction practices on-site, including Last Planner System, pull planning, and waste elimination.
8. Carry out market analysis and benchmark construction methodologies, materials, and technologies against industry best practices.
9. Explore and evaluate new products, construction techniques, and emerging technologies for potential adoption on projects.
10. Prepare project dashboards, variance reports, and feasibility studies for senior management review and decision-making.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in Project Planning and Execution.
• Expertise in Budget Monitoring, EVM, and Cost Control.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in large-scale construction/real estate projects preferred.
