Planning Procurement Manager Full Time

🚨 We’re Hiring | Planning & Procurement Manager – Railway / Metro Track Projects 🚨

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Planning & Procurement Manager to join our team for prestigious Railway & Metro Track Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, procurement strategy, material management, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

📍 Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

💼 Experience: 10 Years in Railway / Metro Projects

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and progress monitoring systems for railway and metro track works.

✅ Prepare project baselines, recovery plans, look-ahead schedules, and delay analysis reports.

✅ Lead procurement activities for track materials, rails, turnouts, fastening systems, sleepers, ballast, welding consumables, machinery, and subcontractor services.

✅ Prepare procurement schedules aligned with project execution plans and delivery milestones.

✅ Manage vendor identification, prequalification, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract finalization.

✅ Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to avoid project delays.

✅ Monitor inventory levels, material consumption, logistics, and supply chain performance.

✅ Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve procurement and supply issues.

✅ Generate MIS reports, procurement status reports, project progress dashboards, and management presentations.

✅ Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

🔹 Minimum 4 years of experience in Planning, Procurement in railway project.

🔹 Hands-on experience in track works, including ballasted track, ballastless track, rail systems, and associated infrastructure.

🔹 Strong understanding of project scheduling, procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain operations.
