The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and result-oriented Plant Head / General Manager to oversee our Dehradun manufacturing site. You will assume complete operational ownership of the facility, driving production efficiency, technical leadership, and strict regulatory adherence while leading a large cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall Plant Responsibilities: Oversee daily factory operations, administrative control, engineering, supply chain, and budgeting to ensure seamless, cost-effective plant management.
• Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of WHO-GMP and safety compliance. Ensure the site is consistently audit-ready for regulatory bodies and global partner inspections, strictly upholding quality assurance and control policies.
• Production Management & Optimization: Deliver monthly production and packing targets on time. Identify operational bottlenecks, implement lean manufacturing practices, and optimize resource utilization to improve overall yields and efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and build accountability across all department heads (Production, QA/QC, Engineering, Warehouse, HR). Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on safety and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 15–20 years of proven track record in handling pharmaceutical formulation plants (experience with Oral Liquids/Injectables is a plus).
• Skills: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory norms, excellent leadership capabilities, and solid data-driven decision-making skills.
