Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a PLC Programmer. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and maintaining PLC systems for advanced packaging and processing machines. Daily tasks include analyzing system specifications, troubleshooting equipment, collaborating with the engineering team, and implementing software changes. The role also involves ensuring system functionality, diagnosing malfunctions, and optimizing processes to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagrams
• Experience with HMI systems and development
• Familiarity with industrial automation equipment including sensors, actuators, and control panels
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
• Knowledge of electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and control system design
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is required
• Experience in the food, beverages, or packaging industry is advantageous
• Adaptability to dynamic projects and a proactive approach to learning new technologies
