Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plus Support Executive role based in Mumbai. The Plus Support Executive will manage day-to-day administrative and clerical activities, including maintaining records, organizing documents, and supporting office operations. The role involves handling phone calls with professional etiquette, routing inquiries, and providing timely support to internal teams and external stakeholders. The individual will support executives with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth communication and task completion. The Plus Support Executive will also assist in preparing basic reports, updating databases, and coordinating with other departments to resolve support-related issues efficiently.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Support Resource (Executive) to handle customer queries, maintain records, and assist the sales/support team with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to customer tickets and emails with clear, professional communication in English
• Maintain and update data in Excel – reporting, tracking, and basic analysis
• Work within Salesforce CRM to update records, track cases, and support the sales team
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Required Skills
• Excel: Proficient in formulas, data cleanup, and reporting
• Salesforce SFA: Basic understanding of CRM workflows and data entry
• Communication: Strong written English with proper grammar for customer replies and internal mails
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
• 1-2 years of prior experience in customer support, sales operations, or a similar role
