Post Production Coordinator Full Time

Job Summary

The Post Production Coordinator will be responsible for managing post-production schedules, coordinating between editors, VFX artists, sound teams, production teams, and clients, while ensuring timely project execution. The role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and understanding of post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate end-to-end post-production workflows for ongoing projects.
• Manage project timelines, schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Act as a communication bridge between editors, VFX artists, colorists, sound designers, production teams, and clients.
• Track project progress and ensure all milestones are met within timelines.
• Coordinate footage transfers, file management, backups, and asset organization.
• Schedule review sessions, feedback meetings, approvals, and revisions.
• Maintain documentation related to edits, versions, approvals, invoices, and project status.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist in managing post-production budgets, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Follow up with teams to ensure timely execution and final output delivery.
• Prepare daily/weekly project status reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in post-production coordination, production coordination, media operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of post-production workflows including editing, VFX, sound, color grading, and final delivery.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, project trackers, and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with post-production software and workflows (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) is an advantage.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of media file formats, delivery standards, and content workflows.

Pay: ₹9,641.45 – ₹38,955.00 per month
