An organisation undergoing rapid transformation is looking for a Power BI Lead to take ownership of enterprise BI strategy and delivery. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how data is modelled, visualised, and used to drive decision-making across the business.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI
• Architect robust data models using DAX, Power Query, and best-practice design principles
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources (SQL, Azure, APIs, cloud platforms)
• Define BI standards, governance frameworks, and visualisation best practices
• Optimise performance across data models, queries, and reporting layers
• Implement security protocols including Row-Level Security (RLS) and access controls
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful analytics solutions
• Mentor and lead BI developers, ensuring high-quality outputs and scalable practices
• Oversee Power BI Service environments, deployments, and lifecycle management

What you bring:

• 7–12 years’ experience in BI / Data Analytics
• 5+ years deep expertise in Power BI development and data modelling
• Advanced skills in DAX, Power Query, and star/snowflake schema design
• Strong SQL capabilities (complex queries, optimisation, stored procedures)
• Experience with Azure data platforms, APIs, and cloud integrations
• Solid grounding in ETL, data quality, and governance frameworks
• Proven leadership experience managing BI teams or large-scale projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
