Job Title: Presales Manager – GTM & Alliances (Hyperautomation)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hyperautoamtion Presales Manager – GTM & Alliances to lead solution consulting, drive go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, manage strategic partnerships, and support business growth across the Hyperautomation portfolio. This role will work closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and partner teams to build differentiated offerings, strengthen alliances, and position winning solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solution Consulting
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposals, customer presentations, solution workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
- Develop compelling business cases, value propositions, and solution narratives aligned with customer objectives.
- Support strategic pursuits and large transformation opportunities across industries.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Define and execute GTM strategies for Hyperautomation services and solutions.
- Develop industry-focused offerings, solution accelerators, and sales enablement assets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive demand generation, campaigns, webinars, and customer events.
Alliance & Partner Management
- Build and strengthen relationships with strategic technology partners and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Drive joint GTM initiatives, co-selling opportunities, partner-led pipeline generation, and market expansion activities.
- Manage partner engagement plans, competency development, and business growth targets.
Hyperautomation Portfolio Positioning
- Position and evangelize capabilities across Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining, Task Mining, Business Process Automation (BPA), Agentic Process Automation (APA), Low-Code Platforms, and AI-driven Automation solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to develop differentiated solution offerings and customer success stories.
- Track market trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to enhance portfolio positioning.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and decision-makers to understand business priorities and transformation objectives.
- Present strategic solution roadmaps, business value, and innovation opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor during sales cycles and partner engagements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years of IT industry experience with at least 5 years in Presales, Solution Consulting, GTM, Alliances, or Business Development roles.
- Strong experience in developing and executing GTM strategies and managing strategic partnerships.
- Good understanding of Hyperautomation, Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Technology ecosystems.
- Proven experience in proposal management, customer presentations, executive engagement, and solution positioning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global technology partners and enterprise customers is preferred.
