Job Description: Executive/ Senior Executive – Presales (Real Estate)

Qualification: – Graduate
Key Deliverable
- Make telephonic calls to prospects & Generating lead through telephonic conversation.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
- Briefing the customers about project, Latest Schemes & Offers etc. and Brand Promotion
- Maintain follow-ups with Clients on Regular basis feedback – mails/phones (communication channel. Convince Clients to visit site
- Should keep the record of Feedback – mails/phones (communication channel)
- Daily updating of leads on the CRM.
- Ability to drive site walk ins of Clients and Channel Partners
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Understand and manage personal performance daily.
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
Desired Candidates: –
- Working knowledge of Excel is required.
- Energetic, self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Must) – English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Expertise in Promoting the products
- Good at Customer follow-up
