Techolution is looking for a Presales Engineer/ Proposal Writer who can transform complex AI, cloud, and business transformation conversations into compelling, executive-ready proposals that win enterprise deals.This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership. You will own the complete proposal lifecycle — from discovery synthesis and solution structuring to pricing validation and ROI articulation. You are not just responding to RFPs. You are shaping how Techolution communicates value, mitigates risk, and positions measurable outcomes for CIOs, CFOs, and business leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end proposal and RFP responses, including proposals, SOWs, commercial documentation, and executive summaries.
• Convert discovery discussions into clearly defined scope, delivery models, timelines, assumptions, and pricing frameworks.
• Partner with Sales to align proposals with client business objectives and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and execution models.
• Work closely with Finance to structure pricing, validate margins, and ensure commercial viability.
• Articulate business impact, ROI, and transformation outcomes in a way that resonates with enterprise decision-makers.
• Identify risks, dependencies, exclusions, and assumptions upfront to protect project viability.
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals while maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
• Continuously improve proposal templates, case studies, reusable assets, and knowledge repositories.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in proposal management, presales, or bid management within IT services, consulting, or digital transformation organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models for AI, GenAI, cloud, application development, or modernization programs.
• Proven experience working on complex, multi-stakeholder proposals and RFPs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous inputs into structured, executable proposals.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clearly for executive-level audiences.
• Experience working with US or global enterprise clients preferred.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to AI / GenAI, automation, cloud platforms, or data engineering engagements.
• Experience collaborating with finance teams on pricing and margin validation.
• Familiarity with consulting-led or outcome-based engagement models.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
