Primary Teacher Full Time

Position Title:

Primary Teacher (All Subjects)

Job Summary:

A Primary Teacher is responsible for teaching and guiding students of primary classes while creating a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment. The teacher will handle multiple subjects, support students’ overall development, and encourage academic excellence along with moral values and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach all primary-level subjects effectively using interactive teaching methods.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and classroom activities.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor students’ academic performance and progress.
• Encourage participation, creativity, and critical thinking among students.
• Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and maintain records.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Support the school’s academic goals and values.

Basic Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• D.El.Ed./B.Ed. preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Passion for teaching and handling young learners.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong classroom management skills.
• Creative and activity-based teaching approach.
• Patience, teamwork, and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach multiple subjects effectively.

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates both may apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
