Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate Credentialing, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing credentialing and re-credentialing processes for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include verifying provider credentials, maintaining accurate records, and handling related communications with healthcare entities and insurance companies. The role requires effective coordination with the internal team and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Credentialing and Re-credentialing processes, with attention to organizational and regulatory compliance
• Strong Administrative and Record-Keeping skills to maintain and manage credentialing documentation
• Effective Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external entities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office, and experience with credentialing software is preferred
• Prior experience in medical billing or healthcare operations will be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
