Your Role

As a Process Engineer, you will be pivotal in driving projects within the manufacturing department, focusing on the production and packing of high-quality solvents. Your technical expertise will ensure that we not only meet but exceed company’s stringent safety and quality standards. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a culture of excellence while supporting our contract manufacturing sites and leading process innovations.

• Project Oversight: Lead and manage projects related to daily production and packing activities for solvents, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical authority for our contract manufacturing sites, providing guidance to optimize processes and enhance production capabilities.
• Yield Optimization: Champion initiatives to improve manufacturing and packing yields through innovative strategies and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Safety and Quality Assurance: Uphold company’s commitment to safety and quality by implementing best practices and ensuring compliance throughout all project stages.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct investigations into compliance issues and deviations, utilizing root cause analysis to develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Technology Transfers: Manage the seamless transfer of technology and processes for new product introductions and modifications, ensuring smooth transitions and project alignment.
• Process Innovations: Collaborate on the development and implementation of new processes for in-house manufactured products, pushing the boundaries of efficiency and quality.
• Basic Project Management: Oversee project timelines and deliverables related to production improvements, ensuring alignment with operational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Data Analytics: Utilize basic data analytics to monitor production metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making processes that enhance operational efficiency.

Who You Are

• B.Tech or B.E. in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-3 years in a relevant role within the chemical manufacturing sector, with a focus on projects and process engineering.
