Role Description
We are looking for a Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager responsible for end-to-end procurement of raw materials (SS & Titanium), tooling, consumables, and global sourcing activities. The role involves vendor development, import-export coordination, SAP handling, and MIS reporting to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement support for operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of Stainless Steel (SS) and Titanium raw materials as per specifications
- Handle sourcing of tools, dies, fixtures, and consumables
- Conduct global sourcing and vendor development for cost-effective procurement
- Manage import-export documentation, logistics, and customs coordination
- Work on SAP (MM module) for purchase orders and inventory updates
- Maintain stock levels in coordination with stores/inventory team
- Prepare MIS reports, Excel sheets, and management PPTs
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance
Required Skills
- Knowledge of SS & Titanium procurement
- Experience in global sourcing & vendor management
- Strong SAP MM, MS Excel, and reporting skills
- Understanding of import-export processes
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing / engineering procurement background
- Exposure to international sourcing and supply chain operations
