Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage procurement planning and inventory control based on sales forecasts, demand planning, and

business requirements to ensure optimal stock levels.

• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely

procurement of quality materials.

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring smooth procurement, warehousing, and

distribution processes.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and vendor audit requirements while

maintaining procurement best practices.

• Monitor procurement budgets, optimize sourcing costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability

without compromising quality.

• Manage purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, vendor payments, and identify potential supply chain

risks to ensure business continuity.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Purchase Manager / Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Manager profiles
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in end to end Purchase Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Strategic Sourcing.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have independently managed end-to-end procurement operations including demand planning, purchase planning, vendor sourcing, purchase order management, inventory planning, and supplier coordination.
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Proven experience in inventory management and stock planning, ensuring optimum inventory levels based on sales forecasts, demand trends, and business requirements.
• Mandatory (Domain) – Candidates must come from Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements, Wellness, Beauty & Personal Care (BPC), Cosmetics, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or D2C brands with significant procurement responsibilities.
• Preferred (Experience 1) – Experience managing procurement executives, inventory coordinators, warehouse teams, or vendor management teams.
