Inviting applications for the role of- Manager, RFQ to PO
Overview: Client Management, Supply Chain, People Management and Operations and identification of improvement Opportunities for Clients across all Geographical Regions.
Responsibilities
1 Basic Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean Concepts
2 Moderate Understanding of Material management
3 Lead a team of 10 – 12 associates
4 Monitor and ensure delivery of work across the entire process as per agreed service delivery timelines
5 Accountable for day-to-day operational management of the process
6 Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and externally across different functions.
7 Ensure implementation of standard practices within his/her process (Common Minimum Practices, Service Delivery Fundamentals etc)
8 Accountable for performance against financial parameters
9 Manage customer relationship
10 Responsible for driving and meeting the HR metrics in his team
11 Share and impart knowledge with a focus on continuous improvement
12 Experience of working in a BPO environment.
13 Should have worked with US suppliers / customers
14 Handled a span of at least 15-20 agents for good years
15 Good understanding and experience in end-to-end Req to PO / Procurement processes
16 Working experience on Any ERP (desirable Coupa / Ariba / SAP)
17 Experience of handling Helpdesk model (desirable)
18 Proven record of handling clients independently in NA regions
19 Proven record of ability to manage the HR aspects of managing a team (reward, motivate and retain talent)
20 Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and familiarity with methodologies such as 6 Sigma, Lean etc.
21 Help to drive Six Sigma / Lean projects for Continuous Improvements

Minimum Qualifications
• Degree in Science / Commerce /Analytics/Supply Chain
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
• Vast total Experience with good years’ experience of People Management, Supply Chain, Spend reporting & Reporting in Procurement / Sourcing Operations in Manufacturing / BPO industries
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Advanced Knowledge on Google sheets / Smart Sheets, Google PowerPoint etc
• Good Exposure to Spend Analysis tools
• Good Knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement Operations (Supply Chain)
• Proficiency in Operations, Analytical & Reporting Skills
