Job Summary
Sertel Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Procurement & Sourcing Engineer with strong expertise in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing electronic components, vendor development, procurement planning, and ensuring timely material availability for production and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure electronic components, materials, and related products
- Develop and manage supplier/vendor relationships
- Identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities while maintaining quality standards
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure timely delivery schedules
- Coordinate with production, stores, and internal departments for procurement planning
- Maintain purchase orders, inventory tracking, and procurement documentation
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and component availability
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards
- Handle BOM analysis and material planning for project requirements
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and sourcing processes
- Vendor development and supplier management expertise
- Purchase order management and negotiation skills
- Inventory planning and material forecasting
- ERP / Procurement software knowledge preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Cost analysis and budgeting capabilities
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of procurement / sourcing experience in electronics industry
- BE / Diploma in ECE is mandatory
- Strong understanding of electronics supply chain
- Immediate joiners preferred
