Procurement & Sourcing Executive Full Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Procurement & Sourcing Executive to support our sourcing operations across India. This role involves identifying and developing relationships with producers, processors, FPOs, and manufacturing partners, ensuring quality standards, competitive sourcing, and reliable supply execution.

This is a hands-on role suitable for candidates who enjoy field visits, interacting with suppliers, understanding products, and solving real-world supply chain challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new producers, processors, FPOs, and manufacturing partners.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Conduct market research on product availability, pricing, and sourcing opportunities.
• Visit farms, processing facilities, and manufacturing locations to assess capabilities and quality practices.
• Understand product specifications, grades, packaging requirements, certifications, and export standards.
• Coordinate product sampling, laboratory testing, and quality documentation.
• Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and sourcing proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply conditions with partners.
• Coordinate with packaging suppliers, logistics providers, and testing agencies to support successful order execution.
• Maintain accurate supplier, product, and procurement records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 0 to 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, research, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to sourcing locations across India.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and maintain detailed documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹2.5 lakh to ₹4 lakh per annum, depending on experience and capability.
• Travel expenses for approved business visits will be reimbursed.
