As a Product Management Specialist – Smart Connect, you’ll help define and deliver Cross Device and AI-powered features for Lenovo’s consumer devices. Working closely with senior PMs, engineers, designers, you’ll help turn concept into user-ready experiences. You’ll support all aspect defining and developing cross devices features.

Key Responsibilities

• Smart Connect roadmap and planning process Define the direction, roadmap, and timelines for Smart Connect and AI capabilities that support business goals. Identify high-impact use cases, align cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable execution from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate Coordinate: Assist with cross-functional team meetings, agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups), and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery of Smart Connect and AI features
• Support Product Definition: Analyze competitive landscape and user feedback to help define feature requirements and use cases. write product specs, PRD, and drive to productization.
• Execution Reporting: Monitor feature performance metrics (e.g., usage, latency, satisfaction), prepare reports, and summarize findings for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Windows and Android
• Experience experience in technical project coordination, product operations, or software delivery—bonus if related to AI/ML.
• Basic understanding of Cross Device Concept, P2P networking, Cloud P2P network, Low Power Context Platform
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills; experience with data-driven decision-making tools.
• Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating across global teams.
