We are seeking a high‑caliber AI Product Manager to define and drive AI products within Schneider Electric’s strategic AI product framework. The goal of this role is to build world‑class AI‑enabled products that solve customer challenges across Energy, Sustainability, and Industrial Automation, leveraging a platform‑centric approach.

Ideal candidates will have 6-12 years of experience, strong product vision, customer‑centric thinking, and the ability to convert business opportunities into scalable AI‑powered offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Envision AI possibilities and identify opportunities through design thinking and interactions with global business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Global Functions, LoBs, and Customers to discover opportunities for enhancements and new AI products.
• Assess competitive positioning of AI products and identify opportunities to strengthen differentiation.
• Build and own the comprehensive roadmap for all AI products, including user experience and feature evolution.
• Work closely with Agile squads to deliver sprints, demonstrate leadership, and represent the voice of the customer.
• Define and manage Go‑To‑Market (GTM) plans for successful product launch and adoption.
• Define and manage commercial aspects such as contracts and pricing models in collaboration with LoBs.
• Manage partner ecosystem, system integrators, key technology providers, and complementary solution partners.
• Drive product execution from concept to launch, ensuring readiness across engineering, business, and user adoption functions.
• Engage cross‑functional internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic product vision and adoption goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field; Master’s in a technical area or Business Administration is a plus.
• Experience in AI Product Management, preferably cloud/SaaS, with end‑to‑end ownership from concept to launch.
• 6+ years of experience in Analytics & Information Management.
• Strong understanding of product strategy and ability to define successful business models in complex environments.
• Experience delivering AI solutions at scale, including at least two end‑to‑end deployments.
• Experience working with global, matrixed teams and end‑to‑end product delivery processes.
• Agile mindset and hands‑on experience with Scrum or Kanban.

• Consulting Experience:
• Proven track record in an IT consulting environment, engaging with large enterprises and MNCs in strategic data solutioning projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, business needs assessment, and change management skills.

• Leadership & Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic vision.

• Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Master’s degree in a technical field or Business Administration is a strong plus.

• Preferred Certifications:
• Product Management certification (AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent)
• AI/ML foundational or practitioner certifications (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
• Agile Product Owner / Scrum certifications (CSPO, PSPO, etc.)
