Product Manager Custody CMS Full Time NEW

We are looking for young, energetic youths willing to build the career in Custody Product suits. Candidate would be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap for the Custody business in alignment with the bank’s strategy, ensuring profitable growth and market share expansion. He/she would be contributing to the product right from ideation, creation, running pass through legal, compliance, risk, operations, technology team etc., rolling it out and drive the numbers along with sales team. Most of the products are digital in nature hence person needs to be logical and tech savvy.

Core Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Actively contributing to the Custody product lifecycle from concept to delivery—covering systems, processes, and continuous enhancements. Define product standards and policies to ensure operational excellence.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to support existing and potential clients, ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Enhance operational efficiency in clearing, settlement, and risk by refining processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Engage with regulators like SEBI, exchanges, and clearing corporations to ensure compliance. Oversee audits, inspections, and regulatory filings.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks in Custody operations. Work closely with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure effective risk controls are in place for all clearing activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Finance)

Years Of Experience

• More than 2/3 years of relevant experience in Custody product or operations, along with knowledge of FPI regulations.
