Product Owner, Data Analytics Full Time

Accountabilities

• Own and manage the internal analytics product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational goals.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize data and analytics requirements from internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Translate business needs into clearly defined product features, epics, and user stories for delivery by engineering teams.
• Design and oversee delivery of dashboards, reports, and curated datasets to enable scalable self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics engineering teams to develop and maintain reliable and governed data products.
• Drive adoption of analytics solutions through training, enablement, and change management initiatives.
• Define and track product usage, adoption, and performance metrics to continuously improve analytics offerings.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards across all analytics products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or product/analytics roles.
• Proven experience in analytics product ownership or stakeholder-facing data product delivery.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions and actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms for dashboard development.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business teams, data engineering, and analytics engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy principles, and self-service analytics practices is highly desirable.
