Role Description

We are seeking a Product Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi , Gurgaon , Jaipur , Punjab . In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for the bank’s various financial products while fostering strong client relationships. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, presenting product offerings, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, you will work to understand market trends, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Proven expertise in Product Sales, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management
• Strong Analytical Skills, Financial Product Knowledge, and Sales Strategy Development
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Proficiency in Market Research to identify business opportunities and trends
• Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with strong organizational and time management skills
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
