Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Production and Quality In charge is based in Kerala, India. The selected candidate will oversee the planning and execution of production schedules while ensuring that quality control standards are upheld at all stages. Daily responsibilities include managing production operations, monitoring quality processes, and training team members to maintain compliance with company and industry standards. The total plant operation will be accountable and the assets and stock values should be checked on a daily basis. Collaboration and effective communication with different departments will be essential to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Dairy Technology/Food Technology Graduate
• 3+ years experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Strong understanding of Quality Control processes and standards
• Team management and workers handling skill
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
• Experience in Training personnel to ensure adherence to best practices and organizational guidelines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for maintaining high-quality production processes.
• Report handling and presentation skills
