Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager at a pharma injectable plant, located in Bahadurgarh. The Production Manager will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for injectable products, ensuring adherence to cGMP, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols. Responsibilities include planning and executing daily production schedules, managing resources, supervising production teams, and coordinating with QA, QC, maintenance, and supply chain for smooth plant operations. The role involves monitoring process performance, troubleshooting deviations, implementing process improvements, and supporting audits and regulatory inspections. The Production Manager will also be accountable for documentation, compliance, training of team members, and meeting production targets in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in injectable manufacturing operations, including aseptic processing, sterilization, and cleanroom practices.
• Solid understanding of cGMP, regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO, EU, USFDA), documentation practices, and audit readiness.
• Proven experience in production planning, resource allocation, shift management, and meeting production targets in a pharma plant.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams, with skills in performance management and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in deviation handling, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and continuous process improvement.
• Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards, risk assessment, and safe work practices in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline; 7–10 years of relevant experience in injectable production is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to work under time and quality constraints.
• Experience with ERP or production management systems and basic data analysis for monitoring KPIs will be an advantage.
