Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Dahej, Gujarat. The Production Officer (Shift Incharge) will oversee and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts, ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes and adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Responsibilities include monitoring machinery, managing shift chemists (trainee officers), ensuring product quality, maintaining production schedules, and addressing any technical or operational issues that arise during the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing and exposure to operations within the production floor
• Skills in Training staff and ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a relevant technical discipline
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team working on rotational shifts
• Efficient transfer of relevant data between shifts
• Coordination and communication with Production Head and Plant Head
