KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in design subjects
* Develop curriculum, study materials, and academic content
* Mentor and guide students in academic and creative projects
* Conduct research and contribute to publications and design innovation
* Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
* Organize workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and industry interactions
* Collaborate with faculty and academic teams for departmental development
* Support institutional activities, accreditation, and academic planning
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
* Master’s degree / Ph.D. in Design or relevant discipline preferred
* Strong teaching and curriculum development experience
* Knowledge of design tools, educational technologies, and industry practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Research publications and academic contributions preferred
* Passion for student development and creative learning environment
